Does your course require students to do any research or complete an assignment that requires information resources? Give your students a head start with a customized introduction to research and the Library. Library staff will work with you to create a session unique to your course and the needs of your students, and sessions can be brief introductions lasting a few minutes, or in-depth research support for a full class period - and everything in between. Research instruction is available in person or virtually to students and employees at all Loyalist College campuses - Belleville, Bancroft, Port Hope and Tyendinaga. Faculty and staff are also encouraged to book a session for themselves, for a review of research techniques, or to discover new resources and resources, along with useful research tips and tricks.
Sessions are available in person or remotely, through Canvas, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. To book a session for your students or yourself, contact Jennifer Dupuis at Ext. 2175. Spaces fill up quickly, so book early!
