The College's Academic Integrity Policy defines plagiarism as: "presenting and using another’s published or unpublished work, including theories, concepts, data, source material, methodologies or findings, including graphs and images, as one’s own, without appropriate referencing and, if required, without permission." In other words, you must always give credit for any ideas that are not your own.
What is plagiarism?
"Plagiarism includes more than just "coping and pasting". Any time you use content that is not your own, you need to give credit to the original creator using citations. This doesn't just include text; you need to cite images, figures, ideas, and more."
